The Strata Management department of David M Williams Real Estate Pty Limited was established in 1986 to provide exclusive strata management service for the Singleton and surrounding areas. We remain the only real estate agency in Singleton to offer Strata Management.

In 1990 we extended our services to the Central Coast and this region continues to be our major growth area with properties under management from duplexes to large residential and commercial plans.

Jo Shoebridge (Strata Manager/Director) and Jennifer West control the portfolio covering Scone, Singleton, Muswellbrook, Maitland, Nelson Bay & Newcastle whilst Debbie Couzens focuses entirely on the Central Coast region. Alex Bailey provides administration support.

Our state of the art computer program is constantly upgraded, established systems within the department allow for maximum efficiency on behalf of our clients. We offer lot owners the option of levy payments via internet transfer rather than the costly and time consuming process of writing and posting cheques for quarterly levies.

All owners receive a full quarterly statement of income and expenditure.

Our membership of the Real Estate Institute of NSW, the National Community Titles Institute and the Institute of Strata Titles Management cements our commitment to conduct all business in accordance with the Code of Ethics.

Seminars offered by these bodies are regularly attended to ensure our team of Strata Managers are up to date with constant legislative changes to; The Home Building Act, The General Insurance Code of Practice, Occupational Health & Safety legislation, Fire Safety legislation, The Privacy Act, The Strata Schemes Management Act, 1996 and the Property Stock and Business Agents Act 1941.
